Diet. A healthy diet plan of fresh, real meals are required for weight loss and muscle gain. You cannot be healthy and disregard the sustenance you give

Have a mission statement. As entrepreneurs, we intrinsically understand why we want mission statements. It provides us an identity, a framework for growth

along with a method to focus our efforts. My mission to be considered a fitness model means using diet, cardio and weight lifting in specific ways.
