NHS will not remove saggy skin of man

A man continues to be refused an NHS operation to remove his excess skin after bariatric surgery -despite Super Slim Bomb
being so depressed he's attempted to kill himself four times.
'The excess skin chafes, I recieve sores and have to use creams to soothe them.
'It gets in the way after i want to visit the toilet, sometimes I lose my testicles within all of the skin, it is that bad.'
Inside a letter to Mr Thorn following his appeal against their decision, the Aylesbury Vale Clinical Commissioning Group said Mr Thorn was physically healthy plus they therefore didn't think fit to alter the prior decision to not fund the operation to get rid of his excess skin.
Despite Mr Thorn's claims surgery to get rid of his excess skin would prevent him from attempting to take his own life i was told that a credit card applicatoin for surgery based on preventing suicide wasn't one they could accept.
They added they couldn't demonstrate further surgery would improve his mental health, wellbeing social integration or improved self-image.
The letter went on to cite a previous diagnosis of Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) and approved a referral for Mr Thorn to determine a psychiatrist who specialises in BDD.
But Mr Thorn said he was unhappy with their decision because it didn't take new evidence into consideration including a recent examination from psychiatrist Dr Jessica Gibson from Aylesbury Vale Mental Health Services, who said in her opinion he didn't meet the requirements for BDD.
In a letter to Mr Thorn and the GP, Dr Gibson wrote: 'Having examined Paul's excess skin today, i believe that Paul doesn't have Body Dysmorphic Disorder.
'There is apparent proof of excessive skin on his arms, hip and buttock regions and pubic area.
'These have a significant impact on his self-esteem, confidence and more importantly his function.
'He needs to lift the excess skin within the pubic region to be able to urinate. He believes it'll prevent him from through an relationship having a woman.
'I therefore don't believe that there is an imagined defect to look at.'

Mr Thorn said, he wishes he can afford the process himself but his confidence is so low he's not able to find work with no longer knows where to turn.
He explained: 'They have cited my mental health insurance and suicide attempts as a reason not to fund the operation but it's the excess skin and also the fight to get it removed which is causing the depression.
'Having this excess skin leaves me without any confidence, I feel too embarrassed to go out or meet anyone.
'If I had your skin removed I'd have the confidence to visit to work and maybe meet a girlfriend.
'Without it I could live my life again. I'd rather not lose my thirties like I've my twenties - fighting for this skin to become removed.
'If I had been given funding for that operation I could go on to live a great life but until then I am suffering and will keep on suffering throughout my life.'
A spokesperson for Aylesbury Vale CCG said: 'The CCG understands this case, but we don't discuss individual details.
'We can advise however, that aesthetic surgery for that removal of redundant skin after weight reduction Fruta Planta Reduce Weight programmes or wls won't normally be funded.'
Aylesbury Vale Adult Mental Health Services added they couldn't comment on individual cases because it would breach patient confidentiality.

She would will continue to lose 150 po

In the initial few months, Durrant's low-density lipoprotein, or LDL, cholesterol dropped 37 points as she made better changes to her eating habits and began to Slim Xtreme Gold invest more time during a workout session. This health change was a major landmark in preventing the heart attack that her doctor had presented as a very real threat. But Durrant wasn't done making changes.

In the beginning, becoming physically strong was just as vital to Durrant as losing lots of weight.

In January 2014, she made a New Year's resolution to visit a fitness center every day for any year. She's stayed faithful to date.

"Even if I'm on vacation I make sure to go before I leave or I rush to enter my workout before midnight," she said. "I feel unstoppable."

Durrant has fitness equipment in your own home that they uses as well: a punching bag, an ab lounger, hand weights, kettlebells and workout DVDs. She attempts to get in about five miles of cardio every single day, as well as lower and upper body weight exercises. She's recently discovered a love for weightlifting and bench pressing.

"I am very proud of my muscles," she said. "I stare their way all the time."

Durrant's boyfriend, Joe Goshen, continues to be her biggest cheerleader. He explained she's always been beautiful, but she "now has a million different smiles, each one of these more beautiful compared to last."

She weighs 213 pounds and it is right down to a size 12. Her ultimate goal would be to weigh "150 pounds of muscle."

Although Durrant is different most dramatically on the exterior, she likes to acknowledge the interior changes too.

"I am not scared of what people think of me. I'm not scared of social situations," she said. "Basically, I am not afraid."

She said her newfound self-confidence has truly helped her focus on the need for even the smallest moment.

"When the weekend comes, I'm up with the birds and able to get out of the house and make every moment count, rather than lying in bed without any energy, watching television and eating."

Durrant decided to produce a Facebook page called "Get Down with Dani" to both inspire others and also to keep herself accountable for achieving her weight loss goals.

"I have had the pleasure of meeting the best people that I've ever known," she said. "They have embraced me everything of my journey and allowed me to inspire and motivate these to start their very own weight reduction journeys."

Initially, Durrant said she challenged her followers to work out together with her every day for a month, and most 300 people joined her in accomplishing that goal.

"Now I have a challenge group with thousands of women, and a few good men, who're all 'Down with Dani' and excited for every new challenge that I give them," she said. "We make weight reduction fun."

She said it's an amazing feeling to be the one doing the inspiring and motivating, when 2 yrs ago, "all I wanted to do was hide in a corner and cry."

"My struggle with Slimming Factor Xian Zhi Su obesity is the thing in everyday life which i always failed at," she said. "To become an inspiration at the greatest failure, that's priceless."
